This is the second “Ultimate” guide we’ve designed for Thunder Bay Press, again commissioned by Moseley Road Inc. Elsewhere on the site is the first book—the Ultimate Cocktails Guide—and this second book, Ultimate Juices and Smoothies, was a natural sequel.
